Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track your orders, save addresses, and reorder past items in a couple of clicks.
How do I pay?
Checkout takes major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. You can optionally save a card to your account for next time.
What's in the Light and Heavy packages?
The Light (Green) package contains 5 packs of 50 wipes, 30 underpads, and 1 hand sanitizer. The Heavy (Red) package contains 8 packs of 50 wipes, 30 underpads, and 1 hand sanitizer.
What sizes do you carry?
Protective underwear, pull-ups and briefs come in a range of sizes from M to XXL, depending on the product. Each product page shows the sizes available for that item.
How much is shipping?
Cases always ship free, and each case covers the shipping on one package. A package with no case to cover it is $12.99, and orders are limited to 4 packages — a case is the only thing that covers a package. Packs are priced on their own: $6.99 for one, $12.99 for two or more, and free once your order is over $40.00. Delivery to 18 states — AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY — adds $5.00. Shipping is charged once per order and worked out at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4:00pm ET are processed the same business day. Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days, with delivery typically 2–6 days after that, so most orders arrive within about two weeks. These are estimates — carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect them.
Can I return something?
All sales are final — because these are personal, sanitary and hygienic products, we can't accept returns or exchanges, even on unopened packs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, email ComfortCare@ScriptsUSA.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right. If you're unsure which size or absorbency to order, call us on 1-888-255-5277 ext. 7 before you buy.
Can I order for a care facility?
Yes. Facilities, assisted living communities, group homes and home-care agencies order through Comfort Care for facilities, which offers account pricing and monthly ordering. Request a facility account and we'll get you set up.
